I have spent good amount of time in the restaurant with my old friend catching up and when we left i have noticed parking was only one hour and wanted to pay for it or something to avoid a fine. Went to the counter and asked and the lady in there seemed to be so disinterested, not helpful and a bit rude also. Then Gabriela the team leader simply made my day, she turned the situation in to a such a pleasant conversation and she help out with situation with no problem. I used to recruit people for F&B departments i have always looked for people like herself because only with that gesture going extra mile reflects the business image and this counts a lot in all positive aspects. Gabriela also shown great professionalism and leadership giving me the opportunity to confirm that not only she deserve the team leader position but also she has a great potential that can be developed and become one of the best. Read moreFirstly, you need to improve your drive through. The first windows intercom has sound issues. It's very hard to hear the person (over the car noise) and so you end up shouting and repeating it when you get to the payment window anyway. Also, it's probably best not having someone whose first language isn't English in that role. We had very little confidence that our order would be accurate and it wasn't. Secondly, please give cutlery with the rice bowls. And lastly, you can't have someone ask and pay for a 4 piece boneless meal then give them 3 when one of the pieces looks like it's two combined. It was gross. Bits were dangling and it was not pleasant to look at. The saving grace was that I got a full meal back in replacement, thank you, but that's costing you then so this could have been avoided. Quality control would need to be improved.

Seems customer service goes out of the window once you pay in fast food restaurants these days. A parting phrase or at the very least an acknowledgment I'm there waiting for the team member to pass me my food would be great. More than a grunt maybe...After all I'm paying over £20 for me and my family. No rice for rice boxes. So next time it'll be " is there ANYTHING on the menu you haven't got?" Back to those days KFC had nothing in stock. I thought KFC sorted itself out with supplier problems. Apparently not.
