Appalling customer service, returned food item that was not correct. The lady offered a replacement of the item to which we said yes. And then complained directly at us “you want a replacement because there is no garlic sauce on it” very smugly. The rest of our food went cold due to this situation, so we said yes. She then continued to go to the other lady. And said “he wants a replacement because there’s no garlic sauce on it” in a very arrogant way. Extremely disappointed after hearing nothing but good reviews about this place. Ordered a mixed naan babs with chips the chicken tikka was more like shawama tried it and was only worth putting in the bin. The donner was extremely greasy and I mean dripping with grease it's actually made me feel ill eating some of it. Then there was the chips undercooked and stone cold. I'm giving it a 3 star as it's a newly established business. Chips are beautiful. Box meal is good value for money. Pizza was slightly under done. Staff seem a little hectic and stressing. One lady there clearly knows her stuff though and kept things going. But as it's a new place and staff getting to know their roles etc and learning new things.
