Me and my partner went in tonight to order food. We got home we had missing items and fhe rice was freezing cold. So I rang up and the man on the phone said he gives people the rice out cold and they have to warm it up at home themselves!! Completely defeats the object of a takeaway , I wanted a takeaway I didn’t feel like cooking, but there sending customers away to heat the rice themselves. If wanted to make rice myself I would of , what kind of takeaway gives out cold food and asks customers to heat it at home!!! Also found long hairs in my food. Absolute terrible place to eat from. Chips were cold and stale, the list goes on. Had to put one star to be able to write a review , but an absolute -00000...

Ordered from here tonight as it’s our usual go to place. Recieved a notification to say our order was on its way. Waited 35 minutes (only a 10 minute journey) rang and was told “driver will be there shortly”. Realised we had actually been waiting for almost an hour so rang again to be told that they weren’t happy with us calling again as we only called 5 minutes ago, we said it had been almost an hour and the response was “well busy ennit”.
