Burger King — Restaurant in Gloucester

My aunt and my uncle and me came to this burger king and was absolutely starving. Once we got in it was a lovely atmosphere to be welcomed in, however once we had ordered and been served our food, not only did they not have any other dr pepper flavours available, they got two orders wrong with our food. I ordered 20 chicken nuggets with 3 mayo pots, and i discovered i didn’t even get a single pot at all. Next my aunt had ordered a chicken royale, and wanted it completely plain as she doesn’t like mayo, however when she opened her meal, she discovered that there was mayo in her meal and had to come back into this burger king after we had just left the building, expecting our meal to be correct… So she had to come out of her way yet again to make sure her order was correct enough to eat. With my 20 nugget meal also, i ordered regular fries, and burger king is known for their delicious fries, however when i started to eat my fries, they tasted bland and had absolutely no flavour at all. I have visited this burger king before and had always been happy with my meals here before, however today has been appalling, and i will not be...

Absaloutly diabolical? We placed our take out order only 1 couple in front of us. 19 minutes later our food was offered to us. I refused to accept it and asked for it to be re-done as the first burger was placed in the bag after 12 minutes the second burger after 16 minutes then lastly the 3 bags of chips. The young lady who seemed to be in charged stormed off telling one of the underlings to deal with it. The only comment she made to me was "well it is standing on a hotplate". Whilst our order was re-done the same young lady was seen kicking cardboard boxes around the kitchen like a spoiled child who had been scalded by a parent. The whole store was staffed with youngsters who spent the whole 20 something minutes we were in the store messing around making no effort to cook and pack the food at speed. I Just don't think people care anymore, it dawned on me about a month ago that I Hadn't had a burger out for Months! and when I was on the road working I always used to treat myself to an occasional Burger King - as they always seemed better than the opposition - So I was delighted to see this local to my wife's parent while visiting Gloucester. Firstly the self service POS device/screen didn't seem to work correctly - and we never got a print out. Then to top this off my receipt actually had no writing on it! REALLY Burger KING?? - Then came the food, my onion rings were disgusting - soggy thick batter & tasteless- The Tesco Own Brand ones we have at home are like Gourmet Ones compared to these! I had a Angus Burger and to be frank it was disgusting, the bun was soggy, & it wasn't particularly fresh. I was extremely disappointed considering the good meals I have had...
