Greggs — Restaurant in Gloucester

Visited the branch today food was amazing as always from Greggs however the customer service was shocking I was served by grace who when I asked if I could add a doughnut to my order (before I had paid) she told me there is no way of adding it because I’ve already scanned my voucher to claim a free sausage roll despite having other items on the same order ? She then never offered to do the doughnut on a separate order just let me leave I then walked over the road and got a doughnut from Tim Hortons instead so lost a sale there greggs grace unfortunately just had no care in the world to sell me your products due to claiming a free...

The guy started preparing my order then decided to serve someone else halfway through as the lady preping the deliveries butted in and took over the cooker !!! It took 15 mins to heat up 2 breakfast baguettes and make 1 latte. My wife (who has ms) had to sit down as she was struggling to stand there for so long. There were half a dozen delivery guys waiting and at least 10 people queuing up. Absolutely disgusted by this Greggs. Bought my kids in and thought I’d treat them after a long school day. But no, they gave cold pizza, refused to give me hot one. What’s the point in paying extra to eat in - if pizza is cold? I asked if it could be warmed. They disregarded me and the guy ant the counter had nothing to say and just shrugged his shoulders. Unhappy kids for having cold, stale pizza and the lady ‘Natalie’ had the decency to say it is freshly baked.
