New business teething issues? Hopefully.

Ordering was quick and easy, although half the digital menu boards were out of order so had to grab a paper menu, not a big deal. Only a few small tables available so stood outside to wait, maybe 6ft from the counter and right by the door, the sun was shining straight in at that time so very warm.

Lots of staff about, at least 5 front of house employees sorting orders and looked like the same making food as well. Saw a few staff come and go as well. It was about 50/50 staff to customer ratio.

Took over 30 mins to receive our order. Not really sure what happened, they asked for a name when ordering and never called it out, but when I chased it they seemed to produce it from a cupboard under the counter. No one called our name and I can only assume they don't know the difference between customer orders and delivery orders and put it to one side waiting for a delivery driver rather than asking the people waiting if it was their order (lots of delivery people waiting for orders at the time).

Food was still hot once we got it home, burgers needed some seasoning as didn't taste of much and the chips didn't have any either (not offered any salt or sauces), plus the chips were a bit soggy as the box they come in is wax lined, it did give the chips a plastic taste. Decent portion size on the chips mind, no complaints there.

You do end up with a lot of rubbish with your order, burgers come in corrugated cardboard boxes, plus a lot of paper wrapping, the bags are pretty thick as well (plus as I've said before the chips are in boxes too).

The person I assume is the manager needs to break the habit of licking their thumb to deal with tickets. They were also helping to box up food, very put off by this. Free DNA with every burger!

Overall I'm disappointed but I'll give them another try in a month or so and hopefully it was just teething problems as they had only opened a few days earlier. Good luck with the business, it is nice to see a place with burgers like this in Gloucester so I hope it all improves.

Me and Kyle were invited down for the opening day of the new burger boi in Gloucester to check out their food and WOW I was very impressed!

The struggle when I arrived was deciding what to order as the entire menu sounds unreal!I wanted to try it all & there is SO much to choose from!

We went in pretty hard!! 😂 What we ordered Triple cheese boi Jerk chicken boi House fries Mac daddy Mac and cheese Frickles Halloumi fries Milky bar shake Dulce milkshake

I think the pictures speak for themselves here and honestly everything was incredible! Personal fave was the Triple cheese boi (3x signature smashed burgers, bad boi burger sauce, pickles, american cheese, shredded iceberg lettuce, topped with homemade cheese sauce & potato straws.) This is one hell of a burger! 🤩 The Mac daddy Mac and cheese was SO good, this is topped buttermilk fried chicken, turkey bacon, spring onions, BBQ sauce & crispy onions. Bloody yum! The Jerk boi chicken burger is a messy one as you can see but omg the flavour of that jerk sauce is something else!! 😍 The frickles! If you love pickles you need to get some of these, perfect side option to have with your burger 👌 The Milkshakes are probably some of the best milkshakes I’ve tried! Made with ice cream and generous with the sauces and toppings 🫶🏻

The restaurant itself is small but has a nice chilled vibe, friendly staff & a small amount of both indoor and outdoor seating, you can also order to takeout. All food is packaged up perfectly so it’s really easy to grab and takeout. Definitely a new fave of mine 🫶🏻 🍔

As a first-time customer, I was excited to try out your menu and experience the ambiance of your restaurant. However, I regret to inform you that the food fell short of my expectations. My party and I ordered a variety of burgers, hoping to enjoy a flavorful and satisfying meal. To our dismay, all of the burgers were served almost cold and lacked any discernible seasoning. The lack of warmth and taste made the dining experience quite underwhelming.

Furthermore, the fries accompanying the burgers suffered from the same issue. They were also served lukewarm and lacked the desired crispiness. The overall lack of flavor and proper preparation left a lot to be desired.

Based on my experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend your establishment to others. The quality of the food and the lack of attention to detail in its preparation significantly impacted the overall impression of the visit.

I hope that this feedback can be taken constructively, and improvements can be made to enhance the dining experience for future customers. I believe that with some adjustments to the food preparation and attention to customer satisfaction, your establishment has the potential to provide a better culinary experience.
