Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Gloucester

Do not buy any pizza pizza with them. They rip you off! A month ago I ordered a pizza add pipping to it. And all I received was the pizza with the extra toppings on. Nothing of the ingredients that made the "garden party" pizza. I called them and put a credit for the £21.19 on their system. I was against it and wanted a refund but they said all I needed to do is call and give my name and claim the credit. I called today and they said there is nothing on my account. That I should give the phone number I called from at the time. A month ago, it was from the same mobile phone I called on today. And the guy keep saying that's not correct. I used to be a regular but they will never see any order...

I ordered Papa John's pizza for the first time as I wanted to compare it with Dominos as Papa John's is way better value for money. In spite of a bright and intelligent woman taking my order and the speedy delivery of a still very hot pizza (all major plus points), I can only give them a measley 2 stars out of 5. Firstly, I added an extra topping of bacon and it was barely visible; secondly, the pizza itself tasted a bit like Pizza Hut pizzas (which I grew out of aged 12) and lastly, but by FAR the most importantly - THAT VILE GARLIC DIP!!! It's absolutely revolting and made me want to heave. The dip alone has ensured that I will never order Papa John's...

Now I was really looking forward to my Pizza tonight! Had a promo code all ready... the web site I have to say is rubbish!
