Really disappointed today with the awful service by you all. Management was clearly disorganised tonight. Staff (of which the young girl with the bun in her hair) had awful attitude after we politely asked where our food was after an hour of waiting for food. All she had to say was well that's not our fault it's been havoc tonight. What actually happened was you forgot about our table... served everyone else. We ended up leaving and asking for our money back. In this situation only one apology was given who I believe was from the manager. However, with terrible service like this we should have had our money back, complimentary meal for a return and more. We arrived at 6.30pm and left at 9PM... of which we were told 'your foods being cooked now 'after we finally complained. I would also like to add that I had a 10 month old baby with me who was absolutely starved and distressed after waiting for so long... yet you all overlooked that. It's going a bit wrong. The staff are friendly and I'm sure the owners are doing what they can. But too often the food is not good, if the food turns up at all, simple function events turn into fails.

It feels like the place doesn't really know what it wants to be. Is it a sports bar? A family friendly pub? A restaurant & bar? Maybe, the place is just too big and they just don't have the budget from the Brewery.

Again, most of the staff are lovely, but something just isn't quite working.

Very disappointing visit.

We went to the Ridge and Furrow for a family meal and were very disappointed. The Staff were good in finding us a table straightaway and the drinks came very quickly. We ordered our food - 3 different Starters and a Steak and a Beefburger meal. The restaurant wasn't busy but the food took well over an hour to arrive. The Steak was so well done it was solid and unedible so was returned. The replacement Steak was exactly the same and was also returned . My Beefburger was so overcooked it was bone dry and all I could eat was the small amount of salad laid on top of it. Definitely not recommended which is a shame as they are in a...
