I have loved the food here for a few years and is always fantastic but after ordering our food then being told that the driver is on his way after a 90 minute wait and being hung up on then giving up and getting a pizza elsewhere the food arrived 2hours 25 minutes after ordering and they wanted to give it to us for free so they knew what they had done but it was sent back. Next day I did a survey on social media and found that if you pay more for your food in charges and delivery costs on certain apps the food will arrive within 45 minutes compared to ordering direct with them they just ignore your order as customers for other apps are more important. After this revelation no matter how nice their food is I'm not going to be treated like that and after 3 years and almost £1000 in orders plus the money made from us recommending them to our friends they are destroying their own reputation Very...

Often deliver late and we have to chase up the order but the food is usually good. This evening we ordered at 6.20. Order confirmed for 8.05. Got to 8.20 and chase it up and had notification that delivery would now be at 9! 9.20 i cancelled through just eat and had notification that the restaurant would be contacting me shortly. I then had notification to say food had been delivered. At 10pm I called the restaurant worried my food had been delivered elsewhere and i would still be charged. The guy said it was cancelled and when I mentioned my refund he suddenly put me on hold then back tracked and said it was out for delivery. Have been using this place weekly for a couple of years now. Orders have arrived later and later. One time over 2 and a half hours after being told 40 mins. Two weeks ago I ordered 10 sweet and sour chicken balls and noticed the size of them had shrunk and two of them were extremely small. I thought it might be a hiccup, but ordered again last week and the same as before. As returning customers, do they not think we are going to notice the difference in the size of the items. Also the large pancake rolls had very little meat in, way less than they used to and the egg fried rice had almost no egg in it.
