Starbucks — Restaurant in Gosport

Wouldn't ordinarily bother to write a review for a coffee but I was so upset by the response of the manager today that I feel I must, I ordered 2 coffees and 2 toasted sandwiches. Its quite expensive in there, but that's OK if you feel you have had a nice experience. The coffee was ok, although the manager vaguely mentioned that they had run out of cups for eating in so we had take away cups. No problem, the sandwiches came out and I asked for a tray which was practically thrown at me. When my husband started eating the sandwich it was cold in the middle. So I took it back and asked if it could be warmed up. To which I was told, no it can't be and it shouldn't be cold and that it was concerning as it was timed? Implying I was lying?? She then said I'll give you another or you can have your money back, very off hand, no apology what so ever. I then stood waiting for another one to be heated up, while the manager said something about it to another staff member. I felt she was suggesting it was an inconvenience and that I was exaggerating the fact it was cold. When I got outside my coffee was cold and my sandwich which I hadn't started before I had taken my husbands back, was also cold and frozen in the middle but I didn't want to go back in with it as the manager was not friendly and I felt she was not approachable. The whole morning was ruined for me, a trip out with my hubby before work was upset by the brash manager and the cold unappealing food. I won't be returning, not even for coffee. Plus, the cost of it was for me, 2 hours work to pay for what was a bad...

5 Stars! it is so nice to finally have a Starbies in Gport, big up, corporate America is finally recognising and appreciating the potential of Gosport! My best friend and teammate in life Damian Barker always said this day would come and I never doubted him for a second, truly a tremendous day & age we live in. This will undoubtedly become the centre of Gosport's cultural identity and be talked about for decades to come with phrases like "I remember when we were nomadic tribal people before we had a Starbies, and now we are civilised, intellectual aristocrats". Gosport is now on the forefront of technology and investment and this was only possible as a result of Brexit. Who knows where we'll be in 10, 20 or even 30 years time, Gosport may Leave the United Kingdom it's self as Gosport is going to become the most influential town in all of the land, riches beyond anyone's wildest dreams, the Silicon Valley of the south, the Harbour of Hampshire and a true Mecca for the future as every major innovation of this 3rd millennium will come out of this quaint seaside town. Appalling experience today at 4pm. 6 tables occupied, ALL the rest, apart from the large one on the RHS, were not cleared.

Ordered 2 drinks. A couple, and then three younger girls came in behind us. We all got one of our drinks..? Waited for a while, staff not appearing to see to anyone in store. One of the girls very politely asked where the rest of the drinks were after we'd all been waiting 8 minutes (I was waiting for a call so kept checking my phone). She was given a disgusting mouthful from the bearded guy working there. 😡 I very much doubt he would have spoken to either of the two men waiting like that!!!

They got the other 2 drinks a few minutes later, and then the other couple got their second drink. We were still waiting. The pink haired woman behind the counter asked what we were waiting for, then went and had a chat 😠 We ended up waiting for the second drink about for another 6 minutes. 14 minutes for 2 drinks?!

Idk how their tills and ordering systems work, but SURELY each order is done one at a time??

No apology, nothing. The tables only got cleared after staff changed over about 40 minutes later.
