KFC Gravesend - The Parade — Restaurant in Gravesham

The food is always good here and my order is always correct. I would though like to comment on the behaviour of the lady that appeared to be the manager at this location. There was a very rude customer, who was an older man,arguing with a younger female employee - because he didn’t want to order at the kiosk. The young lady was very firm and professional and told him he had to order at the kiosk, but the man kept raising his voice. A lady who appeared to be managing stepped in and told the girl to just take his order. Very dissapointing as it makes the girl look to be in the wrong when she was not. If the manager wanted to give in to this rude man, she should’ve taken his order herself.

I had a bad experience this afternoon. I ordered a mega box and a lunch box. The lady that served me deliberately skipped my order and served other customers. The most painful aspect was when she called my order, she never mentioned my order number. She just said mega box and lunch box. On getting home, I gave my son his mega box and my daughter her lunch box. My son informed me that he had just two piece of chicken in his mega box and asked what happened. I was surprised that KFC still employs people like that. I hate to mention racism here but I think that was what the lady displayed. I will take it as a one off. This happened at 2:50 pm on 15/02/19. Gave this takeaway another chance won’t be returning , once again got all the way home only to find they got the the order wrong again , this has happened on more than one occasion in the past and I have phoned the shop to let them know only to be told “ come back and we’ll change it “(after checking the CCTV ) but as we live 5 miles away it’s not practical.
