I had a bad experience this afternoon. I ordered a mega box and a lunch box. The lady that served me deliberately skipped my order and served other customers. The most painful aspect was when she called my order, she never mentioned my order number. She just said mega box and lunch box. On getting home, I gave my son his mega box and my daughter her lunch box. My son informed me that he had just two piece of chicken in his mega box and asked what happened. I was surprised that KFC still employs people like that. I hate to mention racism here but I think that was what the lady displayed. I will take it as a one off. This happened at 2:50 pm on 15/02/19. My order number is 2038. I hope the management read this review.
