Burger King — Restaurant in Great Britain

I got to the drive through met by polite gentleman I asked for allergy menu and i was given a huge framed board to look at I was given the time to drive off with it and look at my own leisure i would have appreciated a smaller copy I could have taken for my own use.. but sadly there wasn't 1 thing I could have from the menu not even chips because they are cross contaminated or even contains a mixture of dairy soya egg sesame mustard celery its terrible how they have such poor allergy practices. like McDonald's have a fair few items thats allergy free completely the chips being one of them .. I was so disappointed anyone eating any of this food with an allergy do so at their own risk because the suppliers have stated the may contain risk for the majority of their products are a extremely high risk so sad they can't accommodate allergies better like macas. The vegan food was also may contain dairy which is terrible seeing as its supposed to be vegan free from any animal products i turn to these alot due to allergies your loosing customers because of it other then that your customer service...

BK is a staple, with the "App" vouchers is very competitive price wise. Plus if you are really hungry this one will add another burger for £1.00. Have done the double but haven't the appetite for 3 (not yet anyway). Have deducted a single star as the drive through is now redundant due to placement of the drinks machine. With attendants stating "we will give you the cups, but you have to come inside to do the drinks yourselves". This completely undermines the point of a 'Drive-Through'. Which is a huge shame as very much enjoy Burger King but haven't always the time to be stopping, getting out to fetch drinks. The dining in experience is somewhat marred by the intermittent wi-fi which drops connection everytime you connect. Isn't a huge issue thus didn't deduct any further stars for this. However, it should be available for those without data on their mobiles or struggling for signal. Other than these small issues, great place that is clean (including toilets), tidy and the staff...

Completely new restaurant fully open at last! Unfortunately the sterile echoey space gives 3 for atmosphere, the counter staff (drive through may be different) are inadequately trained on the new till and keep confusing my order, especially when I try to use the BK App (still a massive pile of poo in desperate need of complete redevelopment) which dors something wrong and makes me come to order at the counter. This visit, I used loyalty points for a free burger but had to come in to reorder the meals I was also ordering; she took my bar code, it only gave her the free loyalty burger, so she took my meals order and lost the free one, then other staff didn't want to believe the system could do that and I should order the free one again until I showed it had already debited the points... Nrw burgers are nice though, worth experimenting, but the overall customer...
