Burger King — Restaurant in Great Britain

The service was very lacklustre. The staff really didn't seem to have any enthusiasm about even being there. We ordered two meals. Chicken Royale Meal, and a Bacon Double Cheeseburger meal, both with fries. The burgers and fries were absolutely stone cold in both cases. The bread roll on the Bacon Double Cheeseburger was so thin that the top was not strong enough to hold together and was in 2 pieces. Both bread rolls were dry and seemed to be stale. The fries were as cold as the rolls and burgers, but thicker in size than either of the two wafer thin beef burgers used to make the Bacon Double Cheeseburger. When one of the staff was told about the meals being cold he just shrugged his shoulders and said nothing. Both meals ended in the bin after only a couple of bites. It was a total waste of money, and I paid a premium to throw the food away because it was a service station. Unlike every other Burger King outlets that I have visited there is no option to give feedback direct to Burger King via the till receipts. If Moto are prepared to allow this to happen at their services, I will never stop at a Moto services again. It will be a long time before I visit a Burger King again as well. Ordered here today to watch absolute scummy staff mess with people's food, I had a chicken royal served to me which has been snapped on half and "mushed" in a standard burger bun with no sauce or garnishing like usual half a portioned of cold fries and post mix drink which was just the soda water I didn't realised until we had left so binned it as I had also Watched a "cook" put his face In someone's burger before trying to serve it luckily the man saw this and demanded a fresh one be made so god knows what they had one to mine. When questioned by the lad working the till they all just laughed and continued to mess with people's food. This is absolutely disgusting and the place should be shut down or staff fired. Reported to there office so we will see what happens. I will never stop or eat at this service...

Revolting. Only the second time I’ve ever had a Burger King and I quickly remembered why. Stopped here late at night on our way home. We ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers, one with fries, one with cheesy fries, a Sprite and a coke. Firstly the food was cold, the place was empty so no excuse. The bacon was insipid, the burgers tasteless and the ‘cheese’ on the fries was some weird squirty cheese that bore no resemblance to actual cheese. The Sprite wasn’t Sprite, it was definitely a soda stream type drink with a splash of Sprite flavouring and it was flat. Same with the coke. Complete waste of money at almost £20. We should have bought an M&S sandwich at a fraction of the price and at least we would have had some decent food....
