Burger Meats Grill — Restaurant in Great Britain

A total disgrace! Me and a group of friends came here after many good recommendations, after ordering our food we thought it was a bit pricy so we checked the menu in the shop and noticed we had been over charged. 2 minutes after my friend ordered she was told she didn’t pay for her drink even though we all heard her ask for it but we left it at that. When we got our food I asked the woman behind the counter if there prices had increased to which I got a blunt yes when I suggested updating their menu I got nothing but rudeness from the staff and told we got charged an extra 10p for a bag and that was not how much we got overcharged! She then added to not argue with her while she was shouting at me! All because I suggested updating their prices on their menus so this didn’t happen again. Totally shocked and really not happy with the customer service I had received and would go as far as saying it’s the worst customer service I have ever seen and experienced! 3 words WONT...

Ordered tonight as a treat, took about an hour to get here which is fine, only problem is somehow the loaded nachoes were stone cold along with the burger, yet the Donner and chips was hot enough to eat. Phoned up and the exact words were "what do you want me to do about it" then that to phone up TOMORROW to get a replacement. Not any use for dinner tonight. Don't waste money, here, go somewhere else. Edit in response to the reply: The manager actually explained that another one could be sent out after the driver got back but that it would be sent out again with other orders. We weren't waiting for another potential hour for one person's dinner. Burger meats grill was recommended by a friend who spoke very highly of the restaurant. We ordered our food and realised we were over charged after checking the menu on the counter. I was also charged again for a can of fanta that i already paid for. My friend politely asked the lady on the front desk if their prices had went up to avoid any confusion but they had not updated their menus on the counter.
