I come here with family, multiple access points with select areas of parking. This place is beautiful all year round.
Really a quick getaway for a breather and just to enjoy the out doors.
Three well kept areas for picnics with tables and bins carefully placed around.
This is a place between Giffnock and Newton mearns so very local if your from around here.
Activities such as kite flying, bike riding and motorised boat playing are perfect here. Also a great place to get your steps in as the scenery does not get boring.
There is a beautiful waterfall followed by a reservoir with ample space to walk around and enjoy the day.

I quite literally got lost so a good idea to have your phone handy as there are multiple paths and directions you can wander off into. There are signposts but they really aren’t all that clear either.
Whilst maybe not the best views as the foliage is so dense there are lots of nice flowers and glades to enjoy.
