Edit. Reply to your comment. You absolute liar! No refund was offered, no comment about a 45 minute wait, no apology to my husband, other than the guy who apologised to ME outside. Your customer service is vile! We had four sandwiches, three milkshakes, one coffee and some chips, hardly a large order. Four families were served!...two behind us, one to the side of us and another in front to the left. Your reply is disgusting and I'm actually really shocked. I will be warning other family and friends who visit frequently that you are bare faced liars! My children had milkshakes there a couple of weeks ago with their grandparents and you forgot about their milkshake order too! They had to ask but you did actually apologize then 🙄

Unfortunately we waited an hour for our food & drinks, four other families after us were served before us (and left!). Accidents happen but there was no apology when my husband questioned how much longer, other than a sorry from the nice guy who was making the milkshakes but he was unaware we were actually still waiting for food too. We ended up asking for it to go because it was delaying the rest of our day, even then, there was still no apology for the delay. Food was nice, but not worth the £33 for a couple of sandwiches & milkshakes. Place was clean and staff were friendly up until our forgotten food. I would not recommend and we will not be...

Looking for a good quality cafe? 33 is one to visit. We are local to the area and were trying it out after seeing some advertising on social media. We were lucky enough to arrive as another customer was leaving so we’re quickly seated, orders are made at the counter but orders are brought to the table. My wife enjoyed her cappuccino while i opted for my usual builders tea.

Smashed Avocado on sourdough toast with crispy bacon was too big a portion for my wife but she loved what she had and the bacon was super crispy. My Toms on toast were a delight paired with a couple of slices of thick cut back bacon i was in heaven.

In addition there is seating outside which i can see being popular with walkers and cyclists as a coffee and cake stop off if breakfast or lunch isn’t quite what is wanted.

I really would...

We've just come back from holiday and have to echo after being recommended Cafe 33, the breakfast/ food is Amazing! The chefs in the kitchen we met & spoke to cooked the food beautifully and it was always piping hot and very fresh. The staff here are wonderful. Lisa and Dave are super friendly and we were made to feel very welcome straight away. Our son never sits still and even Little James loved it. We met Daves mom who always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall the staff were so caring and attentive and excellent! Cafe 33 you are our favourite place to come now and the breakfast was one of the BEST we've eaten. We look forward to see you very soon ❤️🥰🤗 Rache, Matt, Rob and...

What a find in Brean as soon as we walked in we had a nice warm and friendly welcome which is always a good start, we had 3 brunches and asked for 1 without eggs and to our surprise they put on a extra sausage and bacon which was so good of them and it was delicious, also we ordered a jacket potato with cheese and beans with the biggest side salad I have ever seen, the food and staff are definitely worth 5 stars, and the prices are not expensive in anyway, and it's also dog friendly. Visited 3 times and every meal was so good including lasagne and club Sandwich.
