Awful. I got recommended this place for a Sunday dinner in unity farm so thought we would try it out. We waited 15 mins at the front door for a table and even though we was front in the queue once a table came free somebody had jumped onto it, there was no control on the door, there might aswell have not had somebody on there as people was just walking right in and not getting challenged. Once we got a table we waiting a solid 20 mins for 3 drinks! But understandable due to the amount of people getting served.bi ordered food with my drinks and that didn't come until after an hour and 5 mins! 40 mins in I asked a guy and he said he was sorry and would jump us straight through the front but visually looking at him he went to the bar to collect somebody elses drinks and looks like he forgot. After the 55 mins mark I then asked another women and she seemed more concerned and she said it might have been a mix up with the receipt being changed and ours didn't print. Once our food came it was just dumped on our table and I had to ask for knifes and forks so that was another 5 mins wait. The food was streaming hot you could tell it was all microwaved, all mushy. I know this is long but I would rather let people know my experience than finding out themselfs! NO SORRY,NO GOODWILL GESTURE. AVOID THIS...

Nice place to eat as their dishes are really nice, reasonable prices for the amount of food you get too. Cottage pie was nice but wish there was more meat. My kids said the chicken tikka masala was ok, my misses loved her roast beef Yorkshire and my other kid loved the BBQ chicken pizza, it's well worth it. Parking just across the road which is free 😁 haha. Only downfalls are you can only smoke in a wooden conservatory, if you smoke? Also, it got so packed in there that just as we're finishing our food, a family is stood next to us waiting for us to finish so they could have the table's. We felt like we had to hurry up, which we did but my youngest was still trying to finish her pizza so I wrapped it in tissue for later. Like I said nice place and when we go down to Brean we would go again, but look out for times when it gets busy as it was when we went at around 6pm on a Saturday and there was a half hour wait before getting your food too. Not too bad but if you're in a rush it could be? The people were nice and friendly too, bouncers could smile a...

I have been coming here for four seasons now and have always enjoyed my visit .......... until now!! Since the use of the rooms have changed there seems nowhere for adults to go to enjoy a drink/food and good entertainment without children running past playing tig , hide + seek or some other running game. Chairs are usually saved for children that really don’t require them as they are playing outside or running around !!! When we have our grandchildren we are happy to go into the lounge or outside to watch them !! Unfortunately the entertainment isn’t what it was (maybe funds are needed to pay for the new room ). We had a meal in the lounge tonight which wasn’t the best but ok. Whilst in there we noticed that 3 people sent their food back for a refund !!!! Sorry for the rant but it’s jus not the place it used to be. After all this the staff are still as friendly and helpful as they always were !!!! Ultimately it has changed but unfortunately not...

The beachcomber I recommend for a Sunday carvery with the family, couples and friends. They provide a play park which is pirate themed which the children will enjoy and also a provided smoking area for those who smoke. The carvery itself tastes absolutely fabulous with the meats carved by the chefs and the vegetables, roasted parsnips, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, gravy, cranberry, mint and Horseradish sauce with complimentary pots to bring at your table for extra serving! You name it, the Beachcomber is the place to go when you're craving a big meal or after a previous night out and you fancy a cooked dinner and are literally full and content until the next day!

This place was awful, the pizza that I ordered came about 15 minutes before the other food and it was super thin and the cheese on it was like rubber. It was 14 pounds as well. The Pepsi max that I ordered went flat within minutes and the table was sticky and uncomfortable. The staff acted like zombies as if they didn't care about us at all. It was loud and filled with annoying people. The gents toilets stank of pee and were horrible. would not recommend.

Been coming here for years and decided to try the Sunday carvery, we were not disappointed!! Lovely fresh vegetables available plus mash and roasts. Meat pork turkey and beef lovely quality plus a stuffing ball and chipolata thrown in for luck. Lashings of gravy and all the sauces anybody could want. Different sized plates dependant on your appetite so something for everyone. Would highly recommend 👌
