Ordered food at 18:18 and it didn't arrive until 19:35 but was cold , So I called to get a refund to which the restaurant was difficult about.

On my first call when I asked about my order I was lied to saying that it was our for delivery when it wasn't as I had to then call back later and was told they'd remake the order and get it out to me immediately which never happened , I made the third call as finally a delivery arrived however the driver was very rude mannered and the food was then cold so that's when I asked for a refund.

This place use to be great in the past and I'm not sure what's changed however now I'd probably give this place a miss if you're reading...

I come here occasionally and have been since it first opened. Donner kebab and the chips are always hot with juicy salad on the kebab and fresh tasting donna meat 😋

I do not order a kebab from anywhere in Bournemouth apart from here. Kebabs in Bournemouth are generally the worst in my experience, but here is an exception!

The only 2 reasons why i am giving it 4/5 stars are due to opening times, not quite open for lunch, and for dinner, shuts early due to me being a night owl. The prices are expensive which also makes me only come here not as often but they do seem to put a lot of care for their food being served, so i do only come here as...

*updated not sure whether you have confused me with an online order from a different customer but I ordered in the store, if at the time I was physically standing at the counter you didnt have bacon and was using ham then a heads up would be appreciated

*the holy chuck burger and was pretty decent but instead of bacon there was a weird sort of fried ham? It looked like a square piece of sandwich ham that had been popped into a pan to fry, pretty strange and had a weird texture so I did take that out, but food was hot and pretty tasty and lettuce etc was all fresh, would recommend but...
