We recently held our wedding at the Conwy Brewery and couldn’t have asked for a better venue! Dave, Eleri and the team were incredible in helping us organise the best day we could have asked for, they went above and beyond to help us and we really appreciated how they let us make the day our own.

The venue is brilliant! We were able to decorate the night before and the views from the outside area down to the sea are beautiful especially on a sunny day! Dave arranged for gazebos to be set up outside just in case it did rain (luckily it didn’t) so we had plenty of space for all 70 guests. We had so many compliments from our guests about how relaxed and enjoyable the wedding was, we have to attribute this to Dave, Eleri and the team who were constantly busy in the background but enabled us to have the relaxed wedding we dreamed of.

We cannot thank the team at Conwy Brewery enough for all the hard work and effort they put in to make our wedding perfect during the run up and on the day. They went above and beyond to help us, even collecting food from a local venue after they could no longer deliver it (I had no idea this had even happened until after the wedding!) and putting signs back up that had fallen down over night. Exceptional customer service and exceptional beer.

I brought a mini keg from the brewery after having an amazing beer there on a Sunday evening.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the mini keg which meant after 5 pints it was undrinkable meaning I'd lost almost half my beer.

Upon emailing the brewery and speaking with Rhys, he ensured things were put right and arranged for a free replacement.

He maintained contact through out to make sure that I was happy with the replacement, all in all amazing customer service and dealt with the matter superbly.

I look forward to having a beer there once I'm up their way...

The brewery has a well stocked retail cabin on Llandudno pier which we discovered on a recent trip to the town and, after stopping in for a quick look, we left with a dozen bottles and cans. They have a great range of beers (the 'Dolly' was a favourite). The brewers clearly know their stuff - and of course the Welsh water does its magical work, too. Loved it so much that we ordered two dozen more cans for delivery after we got home, which arrived within a couple of days. Will definitely be looking out for them in...
