Cowgirls burgers — Restaurant in Great Britain

Me and my partner ordered food from cowgirl burgers the food was great however the only thing that let down the meal was that my boyfriend had requested no sauce in his burger and no salad however even though he’d asked to have those bits removed the burger still arrived with all of the contents that he’d specifically asked not to have. Thankfully this was not due to an allergy and just preference, however this might’ve been a different case if he’d ask to have the items removed due to allergy reasons. First time ordering from here. Ordered just before 9pm it’s 10:45pm now and still no sign of food. Had to call the restaurant when our food was supposed to be here at 9:40 and they said they were waiting for the delivery driver. Just got off the phone to them again and our food has only now left the restaurant. Really unhappy with this seeing as the meal we have paid for wasn’t even an option as they didn’t have any pulled pork so had to switch to a cheaper meal without any money back and now food will be arriving cold.
