So we ordered at 6ish for the kids to have pizza and movie night and the food arrived was missing 2 bottle coke and a whole pizza then the kids that can’t eat chicken so I removed the chicken off the order of the pizza they had chicken on so was the wrong order when I called they person didn’t have a clue how to do a amended order so when they sent new pizzas out it took over a hour when these pizzas arrived 2 out the 3 was ok but still missing the drinks so called again spoke to someone who then waited till the drive to come back to store 1.30mins later to confirm he hadn’t given me the cokes so he made me another pizza as the half and half was Ment to b cheese and ranch bbq no chicken and it came as half pepperoni and cheese he said yes the pizza was wrong and driver said he didn’t give u the cokes. So he said he would send out fresh pizza and the 2 bottles coke lo and behold when the delivery arrived only 1 bottle coke. At this point it was 10.20pm I was fuming and this still didn’t get resolved as when I rang again the phone kept being...

I've collected from here many times, and I've also ordered from other franchises. Overall my experience has been pretty good. There was one occasion in which the pizza seemed really small compared to normal, with less toppings on than I would typically expect. I could tell this from the weight of the pizza alone. I felt like a Karen for going in to ask for another, but upon showing the staff, they agreed and quickly replaced it with another which had plenty of toppings on. As I mentioned, this was only one small mistake out of many orders over the last few years. Probably one of the most reliable offerings around, and they inform you if it's particularly busy, resulting in a slightly longer wait. I cannot comment on the delivery service as I've never needed to use it. Parking for collection is normally ok - side streets maybe used, just avoid the disabled parking spot right outside the jobcentre, unless you have a blue badge of course. WOW! Ordered a pizza online and it was ready to collect in 15 minutes! Once we got to the store I was seen to by a member of staff along with 13 other headless chickens! I was told to hold on as there’s a 2 minute delay which is fine, so I waited…..waited and waited until 15 minutes go by and asked for an up update was told it’s on its way, another 20 minutes go by and was asked if I’d like a refund or for my order to be cooked fresh and it would take 11 minutes. It seemed like a waste of time to walk out empty handed so guess what? We waited…. 11 minutes go by and we were told it would only be a few more minutes, 9 more minutes go by and our order finally came! And guess what? We had a free small bottle of coke! Result.

I’d only ordered a small pizza and garlic bread which took a hour to be cooked.
