My recent visit to PFC left me extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of the food and the overall customer service. I feel compelled to share my experience to ensure others are aware of the issues I encountered. First and foremost, the chicken burger I ordered was not cooked properly. It had an unpleasant wet and slimy texture, making it practically inedible. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for food safety standards is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expected a well-prepared and thoroughly cooked chicken. Upon realising the undercooked chicken, I immediately called the restaurant to inform them about the issue. However, the response I received was far from satisfactory. The person on the phone seemed disinterested and merely said, "Okay, thank you for letting me know," before abruptly ending the call. This dismissive attitude towards customer feedback further added to my disappointment. It is crucial for any establishment to take customer concerns seriously, especially when it comes to food quality and safety. Unfortunately, my experience at PFC highlighted a lack of proper cooking procedures and inadequate customer service. I believe it is important to share my experience so that others can make informed decisions about ordering from PFC based on my encounter, I strongly advise against visiting this establishment, as the subpar food quality and lack of responsiveness to customer concerns are major red flags. I sincerely hope that they take immediate steps to rectify these issues and prioritise customer satisfaction and food safety.

Went instore and waited 25mins for 2 meals to be cooked. Fillet strips where quite clearly frozen and bunged in a fryer. Save your money and go five mins up the road for a millies. Probably the worst chicken takeaway ive had.

Having waited 6 nights for customer service to send me a voucher code for the 3 piece chicken meal that I drove 1 hour to Dover for and was refused due to the fact that the opening times listed were false (see my review under fc Dover)(they were updated only after I complained), I was beginning to get hungry and waste away. Customer service for some reason will not grant me a voucher code even though it was their misinformation that caused the issue.

Before starving to death I made the 388 mile round trip to the Bristol store where they do serve chicken pieces as advertised and the owner did a fantastic job of looking after me. I was able to purchase a 3 piece chicken meal plus a side of wings which apparently is too much to ask for in Dover. The only bad thing was that store had no onion rings despite being advertised. I got around this problem though by going to the kebab shop next door and purchasing rings.

Back in FC when the owner saw that I had chosen to eat in store he kindly brought me over a tray and serviettes and fully understood that food would have gone cold had I of attempted to travel home to Kent with it.

Showed him the response from customer service email that I received about the Dover debacle and even he agreed that I was treated badly.

Moral if this story being that if I fancy Favorite chicken then head for Bristol.

Naturally I wish I could visit more often but due to being more than 3 and a half hours drive away the time and fuel constraints prevent it from being a regular thing but I will endeavour to visit Bristol again one day. I am considering starting a 'Go fund me ' page then I can travel to Bristol whenever I fancy...

On website states it opens at 3pm - 11pm . We drove all the way from the other side of Taunton to see my other son who is at bath uni and we went to cinema in Bristol but we thought we would grab something to eat first and via favourite as we don't have one near us anymore....so Turned up at 4pm and he had no other chicken at all just 5 fillets. He said it would be another 25- 30 minutes to wait for chicken to be cooked. In the end we left. He said sorry and just stood there watching us leave.. after cinema we went back as kids really wanted to eat from there so we got there at 9:50pm and got told they were closed ..they close at 10pm ... The young girl was really nice as she recognised us as we have been quite a few times when we visit my son. They did serve us but unfortunately the only thing that was really hot was the chips. The chicken was dry and Luke warm... Surely if U open at 3pm as a food place U should have the chicken all.cooked ready to open for 3pm not over an hour later and still...
