King William Ⅳ — Restaurant in England

As Rosie, my hostess, declared, Monday is not our busiest day. This indeed proved the case as I was but one of half a dozen patrons at the time.

But I was here for the beer, the establishment being on the Cask Marque Ale Trail and of the two beers presentable on the day, I chose the Bass 4.4 %abv which was in noble condition and well deserving the Accreditation Certificate awarded.

This is an old building with high ceilings but has been extended from its original dimensions.

There were freshly made rolls available - not something seen so often these days.

Multiple big screens are scattered high up the walls - this being a popular sports...

Angie McCoy singing,good quick and friendly service,lots of people(me included) enjoying Angie's dulcet tones.l didn't mention it's situated in the hot spot of the universe........Staple Hill, Ok l may have over egged my praise of my birth place but it is a lovely pub.Did l mention that Angie McCoy was singing there the night l popped in.Give the place a try,you will be pleasantly surprised,music...

Went in for a 1 drink on a Friday night.. busy place with live music and a pool table ...which we never got on as it was winner stays on..which was annoying as was waiting for a long time then ended up leaving..we only came out for a game of pool..that we never got to play lol...but apart from that was a nice place...garden could use some heaters but met some...
