John's Sandwich Bar — Restaurant in Great Britain

I was excited to get my sandwich from here as iv not used it in 3 years due to moving away. I always had a large bacon egg and black pudding at least once a week for 2 years due to living 5 minutes from the shop. When I arrived I asked for my usual large sandwich to find out they had no black pudding and no large bread cakes. All good things come to a end. The service was also slow. Gutted as it was always the best sarnie shop in hull.

Update 6/8/2023 back in Hull so thought I'd give John's another go. Still no large breadcaked and no black pudding. Sad as this was one of the best sandwich...

Every week we order from here so this isn't the first time it's happened and sat with 3 other lads who asked for beans in our sandwiches and between 3 people we've counted 51 beans what a piss take every week won't be ordering again after so many chances. Also I've just noticed my our is from Morrisons what is probably the best bit of what they sent

After a while I decided to give johns another try well today they didn't disappoint again this time I got bacon sausage n tom I got a cut up sausage that didn't have both ends...

Absolutely shocking butty, asked for a large spam & egg, one egg which was as hard as a rubber ball...spam that wasn't even full slices it was scabby off cuts Cooked too an inch of its life...Oh if your going to advertise spam use actually spam not luncheon meat that tastes like dog food....also asked for it to be toasted looked n tasted like it had be wiped across a dirty griddle...hope the bin enjoyed it!!!! Had to put one star to post doesn't deserve...
