So disappointed!!

Stopped here whilst we were passing through after reading great reviews. Honestly I don't know where the reviews have came from as the food was very poor. The chips had been refried from what must have been the previous day, as they don't open at lunch (we arrived when the opened at 5) The chips were like crisps, no potato to be seen! The fish, whist being cooked fresh (bonus) was full of bones. We ordered 3 portions of fish and chips and 2 of which were full of bones. Whilst I understand fish does contain bones and I don't mind the odd stray one but this was a joke. It's not cheap either, for a family of 4 it cost us just over £50!!! Having had the pleasure of visiting numerous Fish & Chip establishments throughout the country, I am delighted to share that Môr Ffres ranks among the very best. The chips were truly exceptional, wonderfully crispy, and the fish was cooked to absolute perfection. This place is fab. Batter on the fish is so good and not greasy. Fish range is cod or scampi which keeps the menu simple. Cod was really fresh and tasty. Chips really well cooked and you get loads.
