I absolutely love buying from this company. I am not a local, I am a national delivery customer so have never visited the diner itself.

Delicious perfectly balanced food suited to the dietary requirements of weight loss, maintenance and gain. Great options to choose from, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, treats, snacks, puddings and more!

Amazing customer service, they are always on the ball any delivery changes or issues with orders if you need to change them they are happy to assist. Really friendly and there almost always a handwritten thank you note in each package.

They do not overcharge in fact I think they are extremely reasonable with their pricing and I look forward to buying from them again as I have done previously on a regular subscription.

I am a personal trainer and always recommend them to my own clients as the local meal prep companies are far more expensive.

update Oct '24 - Still getting meals from Macro Based Diner I noticed the quality, which was good before, has improved massively in the last couple of weeks. On asking the staff they informed me they now cook and prepare all the meals in-house after investing in some new ovens. The meat is now noticeably fresher, more tender and more flavourful.

Purchased 15 meals from the Macro Based Diner over the last 3 weeks, asking for a different mixture of carbs/protein/veg to keep things interesting. Each meal has been very tasty, well prepared and easy to re-heat in the microwave (in high quality packaging) and is already doing wonders to help me reach my goals. I can honestly say this is the best meal prep around in my opinion. I come back to it every time and cycle different plans to keep things new, but this is by far the easiest, most convenient and very reasonably priced. I find the food to be more nutritionally dense than other meal prep companies, so therefore get more of it as it is ‘cleaner’ food choices and consequently keeps me fuller for longer than other companies I have tried. If there has ever been issues with orders in the past the team have gone above and beyond to sort them, and when I’ve brought my little boy in on occasion he’s always been given a little treat by Mike himself.
