Awful !!!! Just after midday on a Saturday. No queue when I arrived but waited at the drive through point for someone to take my order. Ordered 2 medium Big Mac meals with milkshakes. Firstly no milkshakes available - frustrating they haven’t got menu items readily in stock for what must be one of their busiest times but there again, just thought these things happen so went with Diet Coke. However, then had to repeat order multiple times to server - not a complicated order. Paid at window, moved on to next window and given drinks and asked to park in bay 1 as no food available. 25 mins later still no food although subsequent people had been being served through the drive through and those in bay 2 (who were served after me). Went to hatch to see where my food was and they couldn’t even locate my ticket/receipt so I would have been just sat in bay 1 waiting indefinitely. By now others were also just waiting in the normal parking spaces for food to come out. Having complained, I was just asked what I had ordered and my food was dumped in a bag in front of me and handed over. None of the staff in there seemed to know what was going on with the orders. The chips were hot but burgers were luke warm at best. Should have read the reviews before I went as clearly my experience wasn’t unique. Appreciate it has only been open a couple months but staff should have been trained properly before being put in front of paying customers. Someone with some half decent organisational skills needs to go in there and sort things out. Drive throughs are supposed to be quick and convenient ……. one...
Read moreEvery single time I order for delivery, something is wrong despite the fact we choose the options to remove or add ingredients, AND leave a note to double check!!! I think I’d actually keel over with surprise if an order arrived and it was correct! I’ve also been through the drive through and requested certain ingredients be left out of burger, then asked them to double check at the collection window that it’s been done, told yes it’s all correct, driven home to find that even though a sticker to state the change has been put on the burger wrapper, ITS STILL WRONG!!!!!!!!!!! Also, we live less than 10mins away and when the food is delivered it’s always cold, even though when I’ve brought I home before myself it’s still been warm!?!?! They need to make up the order when the driver arrives to collect, not have it sat in bag getting cold whilst it awaits collection!
Honestly, I just don’t get it??? Yes there may be a few teething problems when first opening, new team etc, but surely by now it should be slick running FAST FOOD place, that gets it right.
I’d love to know what the higher up’s are doing about all the negative feedback on here?? I’ve always had polite service myself, but I’d rather have the right order too!
If this is a franchise, surely McDonalds still have a basic standard of service that they have to uphold under the name??

Read morethe 1st time i ordered delivery it was ok ...yep food was a tad cold but that's because the bridge is out into coalpit heath , 2nd time not so great driver turned up 9we had ordered some meals so drink included ) WHEN he turned up i noticed fluid dripping out the bag yep you geussed it on of the drinks had tipped over ended up with no drink in one of them ..i mentioned it the delivery driver said he would bring one back as a complained ...he didnt (what a surprise) and if you HAVE TO COMPLAINT about delivery MC DONALDS dont take responsability you have to complaint to the the delivery company that delivered your order be it just eat , uber etc BUT as your ordering through the Mc Donalds app and dont know who is gonna deliver thats a tad dificult ...also its down to the resturant to make sure the drinks on a delivery order are securly seated in the things they put them into ...for my order that turned up with spilt drink i blame emersons green for not doing due dillegence on the order and also the delivery driver for not noticing the drink ( a large fanta orange) litreraly pouring out the bottom of the bag as he brought it down my drive way AND ALSO LYING TO ME ABOUT BRING BACK A REPLACMENT! ...piss poor in my view and NO WAY to actualy complaie to the emersons green resturant as they have no phone...
