Additional sauces and the free ones were missing/none existent, were they too heavy to put in the bag đ¤, maybe they had a repetitive strain injury, and couldn't lift them đ. Food was freezing cold, not the uber drivers fault at all, tracked his route/time 10 minutes, as expected. I expect this type of food to be at best, warm to warmish. It's the nature of the type of food etc, realist. 3rd time for collection/delivery in a row, the order/food has been incorrect. Love Mcdonalds, but this franchise/branch, is really dissapointing âšď¸. Will use kfc from now on - further to travel, but eveything is always correct from there. Ps, don't work there, work in the manufacturing/distribution , construction management industry. We would lose every customer in our industry, with this performance - Stanley division - quality control/order prep, is poor at best. Not one to complain, but - 3rd time in a row the order was wrong, had to comment this time. Don't want freebies or money off. Just the orders to be correct, as ordered.    Read moreThe food is always just OK, DON'T ask for anything different. For example I asked for a bacon cheese burger with no onions or gurkins and I ended up with a plain burger with no sauce and no bacon. Plenty of gurkins and onion though, similar has happened just about everyone I've been and as I used the drive through Im miles away before I can go back and complain so it's not worth going back. The amount of things I've had missing out of orders is ridiculous too, it adds up when you feed a family of 5. I've made 6 or 7 visits since it's opened and this is my last. The bacon sandwich was soggy I asked for butter for pancakes and got none and said pancakes would have been better used for frizbys for my dogs instead of eating, they ended up binned. On the plus side the hot chocolate and hash brown were nice. I recommended you keep driving and head to consett, Washington or the metro centre if you fancy a McDonald's because what they serve here is only McD's by name. To say I'm very disappointed is an understatement, I've given up on expecting the place to get better, I will no longer give them the benifit of the doubt. My kids have refused to eat here for a while, ever heard a kid refuse a McDonald's?...
   Read moreThe female member of staff called Joanne (she had pinkish hair) upstairs was extremely rude and contradicted the information given to us at the entrance downstairs. She was stood chatting to a colleague and not paying attention as we came upstairs to be seated, we were told downstairs to order at the touchscreen upstairs and wait to be seated which we did and she came over and very loudly and rudely informed us not to take our masks off. My husband, 12yr old and 16yr old were wearing masks, I told her I was exempt which she ignored and she then looked at my 10yr old daughter and accusingly said that over 11yrs had to wear a mask so I informed her that she was 10. She then told us off for not waiting to be seated first...she was chatting to a colleague whilst we were waiting patiently at the top of the stairs and as the man downstairs told us to order on the touchscreen upstairs we were unsure what order to do things in with no staff looking way to advise us. She pointed to a table then proceeded to follow us to the table and read me the riot act about the government rules which I am well aware of and generally spoke to me and my children like we were 2yr olds!!
