McDonald's — Restaurant in Great Britain

The Taunton Deane services McDonalds was busy but this shouldn't not be an excuse for dirty tables and overflowing bins! Also I chose to order from the app and have it brought to the table as I thought It might be better/quicker but after 20 minutes it still hadn't arrived. I asked at the till how long it would be but apparently it wasn't on their system so she couldn't tell how much longer it would be. I was offered a refund, which I didn't want so I waited. It took just under 35 minutes which I do not think can be classified as fast food. There wasn't even an apology until I complained and was also told that they were busy! Very poor service in my book. 🍟🍔🥤The slowest service imaginable, grumpy looking staff, and mess across most of the tables, and when we did finally get our order, the burgers were cold. Could only see three members of staff trying to serve what was a very busy service station. I suppose McDonalds dont care about the level of service the customer receives, and they will make a ton of money regardless what reviews are posted. This will fall on deaf ears, but given the option again I would definitely eat elsewhere. A different option would be to bring your own food with you. Dirtiest Macdonalds in all the UK.There were no customers when we came in but all the tables were so dirty we had to clean one before we sat there. A lot of rubbish and food leftovers on the floor all around the sitting area. The staff at the till and kitchen were just chatting and having fun and clearly haven't been to the sitting area all day. Looks like no-one cares about this place. Very sad and disappointed after this visit. I wish local manager read my review as there is clearly huge room for improvement on this site.
