New Sheroos — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered two pizzas more than 3 hours ago, phoned an hour and a half ago to check where they were to be told by the delivery driver that she had handed them over, she hadn’t and she “left them with a young lad in a house with a white car in it (a few swear words included - that were denied when challenged)” (no white car at this house!)

Asked to just get a refund, told that wouldn’t an issue and they would “get to the bottom of it” but a refund would be fine once the driver accepted it was her mistake.

Phoned to check the refund was going through to be told they had already sent two replacements, even though we had ordered from somewhere else… owner fell out with me on the phone saying whoever it was I spoke to isn’t authorised to give refunds.

The replacement pizzas were delivered, with an awful attitude, with the fault being put on us and with the house that accepted the pizzas in the first place.

£20 down, shaken up by a ragey delivery driver, and definitely would...

B Man and LB, the kebab eating vegan, came up with the great idea to pay the New Sheroos a visit, as we only discovered it's a short walk from LBs castle.

B man got the large donner with salad and chilli sauce. LB, the kebab eating vegan, got a large mixed kebab with salad and chilli sauce.

The establishment was excellent, the service was excellent, and the quality of the babs was excellent. It came with plenty chilli sauce. The salad was lovely and fresh and came with onions, and B Man loves onion on his babs.

B Man was like a wizard, and within 20 minutes, he cried Abrakebabra, and the delicious bab was gone. LB, the kebab eating vegan, however, struggled to eat his delicious bab. He fought the bab and the bab won. LB, the kebab eating vegan, had to go for a sleep on the couch after his defeat. Next time, we will get him a kids bab with a toy.

This is a world-class kebab shop with very reasonable prices. We highly recommend this place, keep up the great...

Can't fault the food or delivery times at this establishment however payment was taken from my account twice for the same order and almost 3 weeks later I'm still trying to get the second payment refunded. Until this is rectified I cannot give this establishment the full amount of stars I otherwise would...
