Paa’s Chicken — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered a 8 piece, 8 wing box and burger and chips for me and my children. Guy said to me it would be 25 mins for him to cook fresh chicken - I agreed. I waited 40 mins for him to finish cooking the chicken she I saw the man look to put what looked like two day old wings in my box when I asked him if he was doing my order. He said yes. I said I thought everything was fresh. I don’t want two day old looking wings from the holding area. He said they were only half an hour old and I said I’ve been standing here for 40 mins now. He started arguing with me and I asked him if he is accusing me of lying. He didn’t say anything and just had a huff. I then went onto wait for a further 20 minutes for the wings.

The young guy with glasses was deeply rude and I did not enjoy my experience. The food is mediocre but left a bad taste in my mouth after such a long wait.

Poor service, poor etiquette and poor experience.

Won’t be going here again.

Edit: Got to the food and the regret was further cemented seeing the size of the wings. Absolutely tiny and pathetic.

Much better chicken shops like Royal on East Park Road or Hotville...

Note: I have only ever ordered on Uber Eats from them as benefitted from £0 delivery. What can I say? Took a stab in the dark with this place and boy did I feel like I struck gold? This place is amazing! I ordered a Donner Burger meal, chips were fantastic, drink nice and cold and the burger? Huge, FILLED with meat and VERY satisfying! They also have Galric Mayo which is absolutely delicious and right up my street. The business is extremely generous in portion sizes and I've come back to them; will definitely return and hopefully one day be blessed to visit and meet the owner, to thank him personally. Others in the house have tried from him and were impressed too, the burgers aren't your typical Maryland or anything, these are A LOT bigger than that, trust me. We had a takeaway like 30 minutes ago. We ordered 1x strip wrap, doner wrap, and doner tray. The doner tray was good. Strip wrap was not at all tasty. But I'm writing mainly about the wrap cover paper. The foil they use the cheapest quality and the wrap covered all over with aluminium glitter type of thing. So I just leave the wrap tortilla and eat some chicken, and it's not tasty at all. I'm adding some photos of it.
