Singh is King — Restaurant in England

So I place an order at 6.10pm, get there at 6.35, lady said it would be ready at 6.40. As I'm early I sit inside, a couple pick an order I watch them go out, thinking mine must be next....15 mins later, I get call from sing is king whilst I'm sitting there !! Lady says you picked up the wrong order....I got up and told her I'm still here waiting....she didn't say anything... I asked her has my order been given to the wrong people ..she's again didn't reply, I asked her how long will my order be....she went into kitchen and came back but no answer....10 mins later the original couple come back with the wrong pizzas....they get their correct order straight away and then 30 seconds get mine... I ask was this the order that went to the couple..she said yes....

I asked her would she accept this after it went to the wrong people and didn't come back for over 20 minutes!!

I said I can't accept this, she replied " but they will go to waste" was this my fault I replied... eventually got 2 fresh pizzas, but the chips and garlic bread had gone cold and hard!!!

Wasn't even offered a discount....

Never again....poor...

Disgraceful customer service and extremely bad management. Wont be using them again and I'll also be posting online to my 14'000+ followers to never use this place. Trading standards will also be contacted too. Ordered 2 pizza's by phone (buy one get one free) got told they will be £18 and 20 minutesto collect....got there 20 minutes after ordering and got told to wait another 20 minutes because it hadnt been put it. Paid with two £10 notes and didnt get any change back. After confronting her about this she then got aggressive and saying that the one pizza we ordered (coriander pizza) was £20 even though over the phone she said it was £18. She then refused to give me my change and argued with me for a couple of minutes. They have a menu which is written out for staff and taped down on the counter. I looked at that and it says £18 pound on there so shes basically trying to con people out of they're hard earned money.

We always go to Mr Vege or Desi sweet centre for our vege pizzas (highly recommended) but as they were closed this week we had to go to an alternative and chose singh is king. What a mistake this was. We had 2 shahi paneer, paneer tikka and a margarita pizza along with chilli and normal chips. Pizzas were bland and the shahi just had huge chunks of paneer opposed to cut pieces. I called to add further items after pick up and was spoken to in such a condescending rude manner by a women on the other end. She most definately would benefit from attending customer care training because this women will run the business into the ground! If she is the owner I don’t know how this shop is still running. Will definately never visit again and highly advise others not to waste their money. Below average food, high prices and shocking customer service!
