Pepe's — Restaurant in Great Britain

I ordered one one and half hour prior to set time from work . On my break I go downstairs and check for the delivery no one popped up nor anyone called me saying I’ll be late . I tried calling several time at the restaurant at 22:10 where the restaurant/ shop closes at 22:30 and no one picks up. My delivery time was 22:10 and my break is only for 30 mins . I get a call at 22:26 almost my end of break and tells me that my order is here . They did not have the courtesy to call and tell me that they are busy or going to be late. When they called me I was on my way to start work again. Driver was like “can I give it to the guys who are out side in the smoking area?” Like there no courtesy to say sorry at all . Come on it took 2 hrs to get my stuff delivered ....

This is 3rd time been to this place and order was wrong yet again, order was taken by the actual manager who was specifically told the meals were all mild, yet one was put down as hot. When complained to the member of staff that served the food they were abrupt and rude as if it were our fault the order was wrong.
