Pizza Factory — Restaurant in Great Britain

Service is amazing Food is amazing Portion size is supreme! Venue is tidy and clean and has a Turkish grill feel about it. Kid friendly! Family of 4 total cost with starters, mains and desert was around £50! It could possibly be the cheapest place around you could easily sleep on this place thinking it's just another takeaway with it's prices ... It is not! 10/10

I want to write a 1000 word review on how all resteraunts should be like this one, however an honest review is all I'm sure anyone wants to read.

To start with the place is clean, nicely set out and decorated really nice. Center of town, near public transport, the cooking food smelt amazing walking in.

The staff are extremely approachable, they are trying to make a success of the place and it shows in there politeness and actions - they really are a genuine bunch of professional people.

We booked for a family of 4, 2 adults 2 kids, they sat us on the big family table because it was quiet (I'm surprised this place was quiet tbh) we had plenty of room which is a good job.

The menu is vast but not over filled like some restraunts of this type. it's simple pizza pasta grilled meats and chips but done to an incredible standard far out exceeding local competition.

Portion sizes are huge! Nowhere does starters this size, by the time the mains come we where already looking for the doggy bags. But then the mains do come and they are also too very nicely presented (the burger was exactly like the photos in the menu too which is a rare thing) so we ate them too. All amazing and we really enjoyed everything we ordered. Which at the end turned out to be a table full, enough for a banquet

Everything was dealt with for us, drinks, payment, even the bagging up of the leftovers for home and the dogs they did for us wich is again a level of service you just don't get anywhere else.

The bill could well be most peoples favourite part as its extremely kind to the wallet. I hesitate to write these things in reviews at fears of the place putting prices up but it just needs to be said.

This place has the best value for money I've possible ever experienced in the UK.

We paid a fair amount in card charges (our bad not there's) and even tipped £5 and we didn't even come close to the same kind price anywhere else we have been. It's a great place for families!

The fact this place is not just constantly packed is a genuine surprise, they really should be on everyone's list to visit. We will be going back, we can't wait already!

And finally a thank you to the staff who showed us nothing but kindness and warmness, we felt looked after and we will see...

There is so much to say about this family run business. Let's start with the owners, both very beautiful people and can hold a conversation that's constructive. I've spoken to the owners about ups and downs in life and if they didn't see me for 5 or 6 weeks the moment I walk in the door the next time it's like I'd just seen them yesterday. Beautiful people and it's what we need more of in this area.

The menu... a wide range of products available including vegetarian and vegan options 😀

The setting... the overall atmosphere of this shop has gone from a 4/10 to a solid 12/10

The food... the best takeaway in port talbot, disagree all you want... its okay to be wrong sometimes.

Other staff... they are always happy and smiling and always happy to bring you your food with a smile.

Pizza factory in Port Talbot is the worst take away restaurant I've ever tried. The phone call service was bad as well I couldn't hear them clearly. Recently I've been disappointed with the take away restaurants like Dominos & pizza pizza in Port Talbot so I thought to try Pizza Factory so me and my partner ordered a delivery it took an hour and 10 minutes wait then I had a phone call wanting me to go look for this person because he couldn't find my house. It was ridiculous I phoned Pizza Factory and they said he wasn't even on my street yet so I waited 10 minutes longer. When he finally came with my food me and my partner tried it and it was disgusting. My pizza was all cold and the chips were disgusting and all hard. Worst pizza and chips I've ever had. I feel ill after it. I wasted £9.79 for nothing. I'd advice anyone not to try Pizza Factory in...
