Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Great Britain

If you want hot food delivered on time then go somewhere else. Everything is awful about this place. And an area manager has to approve re-placing cold food, which takes forever. Awful, awful, awful. And don’t ever order if there’s football on because that’s the reason I was told my food was cold. Cold food because of the football. Follow up, they are now claiming to have re-delivered my pizza (which was cold first time around), no re-delivered pizza here. Seems they’ve donated a free pizza to somebody. They still have my money, I have no hot food. Should have checked the reviews before ordering I guess. One last word, shocking. Second follow up, no longer answering the phone. It’s only 10.00pm and they’re not answering. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I ordered from Pizza Hut Cardiff East (36 Countisbury Ave) and received a pizza that was completely undercooked and raw inside. When I called the restaurant two minutes after delivery, the staff told me they “don’t believe me” and refused to even look at the photos I offered to send. No help, no apology, nothing.

I’m a pizza chef with over 10 years of experience, and I can clearly say this pizza was raw. Even ChatGPT AI confirmed it from the photos. The pizza went straight to the bin, and I had to order from Domino’s instead.

Worst experiance ever.... they have started a new business out of the same shop wing street only available on home delivery, same menu items as pizza hut at 3 times the price.. portion so small its laughable meal for 4 people 7 wings microwaved 7 cold cheese triangle 14 tiny chicken chunks and the coldest wedges undercooked lightly toped with the worst bacon and cheese finished off in the microwave.
