Pizza Zio — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered last night it took 2 hours and 25 minutes to come I rang after 90 mins and asked where it was he said the driver had left and it would be ten minutes. Half hour later still no food, I rang again another lad answered and said the driver was leaving now, so they lied. Eventually it arrived and pizza was under cooked and chips were cold. Never again will I order from here, since they’ve moved further down the street it’s gone right down hill. Don’t waste ur time, or if you think u will be hungry Wednesday order it on Tuesday then it might arrive on time. Just make sure the microwaves plugged in ready.

As I said never again will they have my custom, I posted a Facebook status about it and people had said they have had the same experience with pizza Zio. Absolute messers. If I could give it a minus out of a hundred I’d give...

Ordered Friday forgot cheesy garlic pizza bread rang them and they offered on next order the missing item plus 20% discount ordered today they Gave us 20% discount accept for the chicken strips and rios got the order still no cheesy garlic pizza bread and kebb was that greasy it covered the corner of the carrier bag so rang them again spoke to same person as Friday his response was well I gve u 20% discount so u don't need the cheesy garlic pizza bread and the kebab is Donna meat its always greasy so what's the problem I responded with OK yh OK by and hung up never ordering ever again as I've been a loyal customer for 4 years now and that's how they treat their loyal customers pic is from 15 mins after delivery so fat has cooled down and gone hard underneath the kebab...

As first time customers we felt extremely let down by both the food and customer service. We ordered a kebab and pizza supposedly 10" when my food arrived the pizza was tiny and very bland. The kebab had a tiny amount of meat (3 mouth fulls if that) and the chips were stone. When I rang to amend the order and complain I was made to feel as though I was the one in the wrong. The gentleman on the end of the phone told me it was too late to amend my order as they had put all meat away, this was half past nine. Overall very poor quality and service we paid £15 for a kabab and 10" pizza...overpriced. It's safe to say we will not be wasteing neither our time or money by ordering...
