Subway — Restaurant in Great Britain

Again, I've not got a clue as to why there's an abundance of negative reviews here. As someone who frequently uses this branch of Subway, and have done consistently for the five years that I've lived in Kempston, I can confirm that I've never once had an issue with the temperature of the food, the wait times or the level of customer service. In fact, the customer service recently has been very good, the poor girl at the till had a very sore throat and could barely speak a word, but was determined to soldier on and took it all in good humour. The buffalo chicken sub tastes amazing with the new blue cheese sauce, by the way! Good place to eat, it's not very crowded, the food is just as good as any other subway and there is a variety of different drinks to choose from such as Pepsi or even Lipton ice tea, these drinks are refillable with no extra cost or unnecessary trouble. Finally, the staff are are kind and helpful they don't sass and focus on their work, plus, they don't make the customers wait to be served. ...

Very disappointed. Italian cheese and herb bread was very hard and almost impossible to cut into. When we did it broke into pieces because it was so dry. Maybe toasted for too long??? Couldn’t eat it.
