It's Costa, and it's done well. Staff all seem chipper and are eager to help in any way they can, even the trainee baristas tackle their tasks with infectious enthusiasm and good humour. All coffees, hot chocolates, smoothies and iced drinks are on point, and their selection of food, both savory and sweet, is always brilliant. Gluten-free options are also often available. The facilities on the whole are kept in pristine condition, including the toilets. The general aesthetic of the café is also brighter and more cheerful than some other branches and has pretty themed artwork adorning the walls. Good coffee, good food and good service, as a branch of Costa should be. See you all again...

The manager sits outside the cafe smoking with her friends for the majority of the day and several times has been seen outside arguing and being extremely aggressive towards customers, some of which were a disabled lady in a wheelchair and an elderly lady who was reduced to tears as well as a severely autistic lad who rarely even speaks. Absolutely shocking behaviour!!

Even during the pandemic the staff have still given the same friendly courteous service. Recently my daughter and a friend visited and a particular member of staff made the 1st trip out for the girls memorable. I believe her name is Kirsty.
