Firstly, the interior is visually pleasing and peaceful. The food is delicious and there are lots of options on the menu.
The service is highly variable. Some members of staff seem very eager to help you out and make sure you feel welcome. Others seem to want to do the absolute minimum. The first time I visited, one of the waiters took the menus from our hands as we were reading them, after we'd told him we'd ordered our first meals. We ordered all you can eat and so reference to the menu is still important.
That brings me to the all you can eat system here which is slightly different to others I've experienced. You order a meal in a similar way to a standard restaurant, the food comes and you order more once you've finished that. Pros are a) the food comes out hot (or sizzling) each time, b) you can think a little about what you want to eat each time as opposed to impulse choosing and c) you spend more time with your friends/family as you aren't going up for food at different times. Cons are a) you will be waiting between dishes and b) the system is more dependent on waiting staff performing well.

Read moreThe person answering the phone was in a hurry and cut me short when describing my location, just wanted only the post code which made the delivery guy confused becuase he could not location Jay court off Slack Lane and it took almost 40 minutes to deliver the food. The delivery guy was nice so two stars to him. The food was ridiculous, and I had to hold it down my throat so I would not throw up. Not too tasty. They should please improve on the food. The Roast Duck Cantonese had very very little style sauce which was like water mixed with vinegar. A good waste of 25.80 pounds. The Special (Yeung Chow) Fried Rice was not what we expected and was not amazing at all. The Spare Ribs with salt and chilli was nice at least. Lots of work to be done. Will not be...
Read moreWhen I received my delivery I was horrified to find that I had just spent £60 on nothing. The chicken balls were £13.50 each and I barely received 6 as I ordered 2 I had just spent £27 on 13 chicken balls which I thought was going to be atleast 10. I had 7 people to feed including kids and when I saw the size of the portions I felt sick. I had thought that a nice takeaway Chinese would be a lovely treat, just to find that it was a shit show. I am absolutely appalled at the pricing compared to what you get. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. As soon as I had received it I attempted to call to complain but even after 8 tries they still hadn't answered. I also ordered the chips with salt and chilli, trust me, they are plain chips. They had no flavour at all, for saying they were £5.50 and promoted as chips with this flavouring,...
