I recently ordered from Grillzilla, and I have to say, the food was fantastic—hot, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. But what really stood out to me wasn't just the quality of the food; it was the incredible service provided by a man named Afas who works there.

From the moment I placed my order, Afas was attentive and professional. When my order arrived, there was a minor issue with one of the dishes. I called the restaurant, and Afas immediately took charge of the situation. He was extremely polite and apologetic, offering to replace the dish without any hassle. What really impressed me was how quickly he resolved the problem—within minutes, a fresh dish was delivered to my door.

But what made Afas truly exceptional was his warm and genuine demeanor. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied, even checking back to see if everything was to my liking after the replacement had arrived. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to making sure customers are happy.

Ordered a Chicken fillet burger and was disappointed that when it came there was 3 small chicken strip pieces in it and not a chicken fillet that you'd expect from somewhere like KFC. The chips were nice even if they did go overboard on the Peri salt. Hot wings were fair. A 330ml can is poor levels as part of a meal deal. On top of all that, who on earth charges £1 for a cheese slice on their burgers? The menu could genuinely do with a reorganisation in my opinion as it is poorly set out too. Tables could do with a clean from time to time too, I was sat there for about 1h 30 and in that time, I didn't see a single table anti-bacterially wiped.
