Turkish Restaurant — Restaurant in Great Britain

18th of July 2025 - Oh Yes Indeed, I went to my personal favourite "The Turkish Restaurant " located at The Triangle in New England/Lincoln Road to try their Lamb Chops and Turkish Bread with Garlic dressing and succulent vegetables.. Got home and immediately tucked into this very delicious meal.. Excellent!!!

This afternoon, 22nd of March 2025 I once again popped into my now favourite "Restaurant" in Peterborough, The Turkish Restaurant located at the side of the Triangle Supermarket on Lincoln Road Peterborough.. I thought to try out their Lamb Kebab, and a fantastic plate brought to the table.. Look at the photo.. Excellent taste and beautifully arranged.. Served with hot Turkish Tea.. Delicious of course... Most recent experience 20th of March 2025 at 8 pm, a table was reserved for my party of 6 to share a very special memorial dinner in honouring our beloved Martin J who passed away 5 years ago on this date.. Family members arrived and was seated at the selected table and our orders were taken and the food was OUTSTANDING!!! The service to the beautiful display of each plate that came to our table was superbly crafted, like a piece of art.. The taste of each serving was skillfully created and artfully plated.. The glass dining area was kept warm and cosy with their fireplace stack.. Brilliant atmosphere, Food, and service... Thank you for giving our group an excellent experience.. I had an amazing experience at Turkish restaurant, were not only was the food delicious, but the service was top-notch. I wanted something that wasn’t on the menu, and the staff went out of their way to customize my order exactly how I liked it. That level of attention and customer care already set the place apart.

Now, let’s talk about the food. I got a generous portion of mixed doner meat, a combination of tender, well-seasoned lamb and juicy, slightly crispy chicken. The balance of spices and the way the meat was cooked made every bite packed with flavor.

The salad was originally just a side, but they customized it perfectly for me. It included a fresh mix of olives, red onions, creamy tzatziki, and a tangy coleslaw-style mix. The pickled yellow peppers added the perfect kick of heat, cutting through the richness of the meat.

Everything was beautifully plated, fresh, and clearly made with care. The setting was clean and comfortable, and the staff’s friendly attitude made the meal even better.
