Went today for a birthday meal and will never be going back! The service and the staff were miserable and rude my partner had a pint which was flat took it back to the bar and said nicely that it was flat she said very sternly well if I poor you another it will be the same so you might aswel have that one as they will all be the same then my brother in law ordered the same beer and his was fine so I went back up and told them that his was fine again she said well I can't see how so I got both pints one with bubbles 1 without she reluctantly poorer us a fresh which was then fine! My nephew had a big long black hair in his shredded duck! They charged us adult price for one of the kids and charged us for a 11 month old baby who ate 1 prawn cracker and a chip off her mum's plate drinks are far to expensive £9.00 for 3 cokes food was ok apart from the hair but selection not very good but the staff are just dam right rude £150.00 we spent in total so you would think they would look after...

There was no chef at the teppanyaki stand to actually cook the food so there was a queue. So I tried the spring roll and to my surprise it was filled with some sort of creamy white filling which till this day cannot actually pinpoint what it was made of. Suffice to say, after one plate of the starters we spoke to the manager and left and didn't give...
