The quality of your sausage rolls & custard tarts has deteriorated over the years. The pastry on the sausage rolls is not recognizable as flakey. It is very flat & doughy, the sausage filling texture is poor. The custard is not the same, poor taste and obviously frozen. We used to love these products, don't know what you've done but its not WORKING. You have lost...

Rude member of staff. Items on wrong shelf & labelled incorrectly then accused me of wanting it on a deal which I wasn't, if an item has £1 infront of it regardless of it being wrong that's what you charge. Disgusting attitude from her. No way of...
