Greggs — Restaurant in Guildford

Worst Greggs I have ever visited, both in terms of food, and staff attitude. Incorrect price labeling of shelf biscuit offerings resulted in an unexpectedly high bill which I challenged. When the manager explained I was looking at the wrong price (after he slid the labels back to where they should have been), he offered no apology or option to refund, and such was the queuing I gave up. So having to back to my car, I started to tuck in to my pepperoni pizza slice to find it virtually cold. Yurk, I'm not a fan of cold food.

I'll be sure to avoid Greggs at this location in future, especially as they're are other nice options on site...

I have supported greggs since they started, I have never had a problem with them untill today, I payed £2.50 for a cold, stale pepperoni pizza, £1.50 for a undercooked sausage roll an £4.00 for a sandwich I wouldn't feed my dog! It's sad to say but my relationship with Greggs is now over, I refuse to be treated like this...... Good...

Worst Gregg's outlet we have ever used. No hot food as apparently they don't sell hot food, must be the only one in the country. Bacon baguette with extra Bacon has three small stringy bits of Bacon, would hate to see one without extra Bacon. Staff attitude stinks. Variety is non existent. Can't give zero stars...
