Greggs — Restaurant in Guildford

We had a really lovely Greggs employee who was so polite, helpful and friendly. We sadly didn’t take their name down but they were on duty on Saturday afternoon around 4 pm, South Asian. You know who you are and we would like to thank you for your service!! We needed oat milk which sadly Greggs doesn’t serve, not through the coffee machine at least, but they tried their best to help with suggestions and ideas. I had a extremely poor experience today, the person serving was trying to overcharge me for 6 sausage rolls, he refused to offer me the discount I was entitled too (4 for price of 3) plus two individual sausage rolls. I don't know if this is because he couldn't understand basic maths or just being stubborn, I was trying to explain the simple maths to him but a large queue was building up I gave up.

I will make a formal complaint about the person who served me, he was utterly useless.

Getting a 1 star. Asked for bacon baguette at 10.55. Was told i was too late, there was bacon left the bloke was kind enough to show me that atleast. Was refused a bacon baguette even tho greggs is supposed to do breakfast till 11am and they had exactly what i wanted left it was only the staff member that refused to serve me it. Wont come back here and will be telling others to avoid, staff are rude barely speak english and very un helpful. If there was an option for 0 stars that is what...
