We had booked the Easter party evening 6-8pm tonight. Myself, Husband and my two children plus one friend came along. My son who is autistic got emotional during the initial rules, I think he was overwhelmed and was allot of people in there. The assistant manager (I believe called Meredith) noticed this and said we could have as much time in that space as needed and even said she would turn the music down if that would help. Another member of staff gifted him a headband ! He soon got his confidence as my husband was allowed to help him gain it around the course again which was very kind of the staff! The course is great fun and my two children despite their age gap both had a really fun time! (5 and 13). My daughter landed strange off a platform and once again the staff and management were great, bringing an ice pack and really looking after my children. I would come here again in the future and would definitely recommend if visiting with SEN children. Thanks for a great visit!

A great couple of hours for my 9 and 11 year-olds and their friends while I had a cuppa upstairs in the cafe. There were also plenty of teens and younger kids enjoying themselves so there really is something for all ages. Very clean and well organized with friendly staff. It gets busy, so the first session of the day is a good one to go for!

Run like a concentration camp with inflatables. To some extent this is to be expected since it’s staffed by Gen Z employees (unable to deviate from a script) and has only been open a couple of weeks. But it does kind of suck the fun out of the experience. You can expect to be told off at least every few minutes for a vast array of offences. Including, but not limited to; not being in line, being in line, your turn to go, not your turn to go, going the wrong way, getting close to someone, your child being too old, child being too young, getting too close to one area with shoes on, getting too close to another area with shoes off, not going one at a time, not wearing ninja socks (which are identical to inflatable/trampolining socks from any other venue but cannot be worn…because theirs are ‘special ninja socks’). Went with wife and kids and felt like we were being ordered around every few minutes. The high run-up slides are big enough to accommodate maybe ten children abreast but you can only send one up at a time and only when strictly told to do so.

Cafe is very expensive and the under 5s ‘soft play’ area is very small but even if your child is 4y11m old then litigation looms so it won’t be long until an overzealous staff member banishes them there indefinitely. If your child is over 3 years old they will get bored of this area very quickly.

In the main section, Disneyland style queues develop for every single bit of equipment across the course. So it’s really not high octane stuff and a bit slow burn.

On the plus side, equipment is clean (because it’s new). And there are some lockers that are (remarkably) free to use. But that’s about it really. It’s glossy, heavily branded and very expensive compared to other bigger, better and cheaper trampolining/inflatable venues around. Kind of just feels a bit style over substance. And unfortunately the incessant, heavy handed and condescending staff interaction made it an...

This is the first time we have been to Ninja Warrior as I had booked my son's party here. The parking was quite tricky when we arrived as quite limited for the amount of people being there. We queued up and all the children's waivers were checked and once altogether they were taken around the corner to get their socks and sweatbands. The young girl we had looking after us then spoke to the children about the rules but because it was quite noisy it was a struggle to hear what she was saying and then she left us. I am glad we took small bottles of water with us for everyone as this wasn't included in the party for them to have drinks throughout the duration of them being on the course for an hour. There is a cafe to buy drinks and food.

We had a party room ready upstairs and plenty of seating for parents etc, both upstairs and downstairs. Very impressed with the food coming out, all looked really good and the children were very happy with it, great portion sizes. The young lady looking after us was great getting all the food out and was very helpful when a child wanted something different and she sorted that out for us. Quite a lively bunch of boys and some drink got spilled over the table etc and they were very good at assisting to get it cleaned up. The parents were also offered ice creams when these were brought out and the young lady checked we were happy with everything. Wish I had got her name as she did a great job!

Overall a good experience, the children loved the course and food was great. Do feel that £30 per child is expensive for what it was as a party. Saying that we would definitely revisit more paying as individuals and will purchase some grip gloves...

It’s for kids. Don’t bother grown ups!

As two adult CrossFitters we were keen to try this out and see if we could complete the course. Despite going in the evening I would say 98% of the ninjas on the course were children/teenagers none of which followed the direction of the safety briefing so would cut in front of you as you were trying to complete a section. Or just be messing around, and all over the place, it was like being in a soft play with ever so slightly older kids.

The course isn’t really a course, there’s 4 sections of short (maybe 5 sections) obstacles and you’re done very quickly. If you can overcome the slippy bars with a days worth of kids sweat to hang on. It’s obviously designed to test your grip but it wasn’t fun when after one swing you came off because it’s too slippy. The gloves you can buy do help with this.

The obstacles were either stupidly easy or stupidly hard, which you want a challenge obviously but there’s nothing inbetween. So can get boring quite easily. The walls at the end are designed for smaller humans so as an adult didn’t really pose a challenge, significantly smaller than on the TV.

We didn’t bother trying the inflatable course as you could see from the outside it was just kids messing around on the inflatables and I didn’t feel their parents would appreciate my approach to getting around them ;)

So, if you’re a family with some energetic kids to tire out - crack on you’ll love it. If you’re grown ups wanting to try out the course you see on TV,...
