Used to be so much better, now even though they seem to have more staff behind the counter at any time than customers in front, the stock is not filled up until a sandwich artist shouts for more. There's a woman who uses the place as a creche and screams at her kids through the customer standing in front of her, a guy who is so slow you could refuel your car and get a Greggs in the time it takes him to make half a sub, and everyone has this feeling of utter misery about them while they work.
