Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Harlow

Terrible service. Ordered drinks and had to wait, which is fair enough. Then my drinks don't arrive and the people behind me get served first . I asked where my order was. My order had been added to the tray at the very back of the queue with some other persons cakes. I'm then told it won't be a minute but the lady serving still does the others in front of me.
