Last week I stopped at the good breakfast on the West bound M3 and the food and service was excellent but I was surprised with the bad reviews I read. However I stopped for breakfast yesterday on the East bound M3 and because of my experience I fully understand the reviews were obviously aimed at the East bound facility. I ordered and paid for my food and then had to wait and wait and wait. After the Asian lady had served 3 customers who ordered after me she looked at me and appeared to ask what I wanted. I told her my order and she reluctantly put the meal together, when she came to placing the egg on the plate the semi cooked yoke broke but although some had spilled on the floor she still proceeded to put the undercooked broken egg on my plate. She was rather put out when I asked for a better egg and for her to flip it so it was cooked properly. She flipped the broken egg and placed it back on the plate. It was only after her colleague told her to serve me I was charged £2 for bread that had been toasted for well over 30 minutes and sat there. If charging my car there again on way home from my 13 hours night shift at the hospital will avoid if...
